ok well its in and it works great. the other post ive seen of one of these installs the casing to the heater was metal so you could weld to the case.
but this one has a plastic housing. i wanted to use the exsisting heater/defrost. One outlet fit into the old heater core air inlet perfectly. so i capped off the other outlet on the new heater. i used it as a air duct. pulled out the old core which did have a big air restricton and blocked off the water inlet / outlet holes. i used a ratchet strap to hold the heater in place. i made brackets from kitchen drawer guides from the local hardware. the heater housing has threaded holes with bolts for mounting. so i drilled holes into the brackets lining up the exsisting holes on the new heater and drilled holes into the old heater core housing.
it actually holds great no vibration doenst budge

wiring was for three speeds which is very nice. it works great put my radiator muff on finally so the truck came up to temp easily. its such a huge difference.
