A couple weeks ago, some friends and I went camping in the Mojave. I took along my friend's GoPro Hero 2 Wide angle HD digital camera. It has a 100mph
suction cup mount and internal image stability control... basically it's the coolest gadget ever.

Anyway, I shot enough video to cut it together into a fairly passable little film and uploaded it to youtube. If you want to watch it and
have the bandwidth, select 1080p and full screen. Just be warned it may take awhile to load, so if it is taking forever, just mute it and
walk away for 20 minutes and by then it should have loaded and played through. Then you can click replay and it will play seamlessly.

Enjoy...

Nice video. Looks like you had a great time!

Amazing camera, especially considering they only cost $300.

Good question, Stomper! We're bouncing because the seats in my truck have really good springs and they are overstuffed. In fact they are a little bit too stuffed... I'm six feet tall and there's not much room between my knees and the steering wheel.

Glad you guys like the video!

Very nice production - defintiely brought back memories, a friend and I did the Mojave road back in '98. Left a rock on the pile, I also remember that railroad bridge.

Did you get to see the wagon ruts in the rocks at Ft Piute?
