Hey All,
I have a 74 lightweight with a 2.5NA diesel and a four speed transmission with a Fairey overdrive. I love this thing aside from the noise.
Something let loose in my transmission and the shaft on the Fairey overdrive blew out of the back of the box. It moves but I wouldn't drive it anywhere. Any ideas where I might find a new gear box with a Fairey drive?
I need a tranny soon! so I'm hoping to find something inside maine.
Also is there another "gear box" I can put on this thing that will work with a lightweight?
