I know on the series III the original shock absorbers were blue. On 88's they were loop to loop and on the 109's they were the loop to pin like the ones in your picture. So i would say there is a good chance those are series shocks.
They might be, but to my limited knowledge, the OE shocks were Woodhead. Those may be for a Rover saloon. Land Rover usually branded parts with "Land Rover" not just plain "Rover". Dunno for sure tho.
The part number is stamped on it (267937). It's a Land Rover 109 Rear shock (heavy duty) part number. The current part number is RTC4442. The RTC4442 # supercedes:
276937
GDA1003
GSA200
90508034
RTC4236

Anyone want them? They are $30 on Craigslist, I would be happy to pickup - they are in NOVA near me, and ship. Their is only 2 of them - but they are "NOS"????

The shocks on my 69 are blue, and have stamped Made In England on them. Hope fully the photo came through. I am reasonably almost certain original to the truck.
