Battery suggestions

Rebuild of my engine is complete (finally) but I was just told the battery is dead. It's 50 miles away and I want to pick a battery up on my way out there, probably a cheapo NAPA one but I don't have the measurements of the battery tray. Truck is stock and no plans for extra lights or winch, any suggestions on what size to get???

The inside dimensions of the stock under-hood battery tray is 7" x 12".

Here's a battery group size chart, though you might want to confirm these sizes when you buy a new one, since they can still vary from manufacturer to manufacturer:

Oh...I didn't measure the battery hold down bracket/frame, so it might be SLIGHTLY smaller.

Group 27 is the largest that will fit in the standard battery box. That's what I went with (AAA branded, in my case, since they were replacing a dead battery).
