I have an ex mod RAF 88, that was painted a number of different colors, including the raf blue you see on the 1953, there are two shades though, one is much lighter. Not all RAF rover were blue though some in the mountain division were green, and green with yellow stripes so planes would not land on them. Some layers of paint that I stripped indicated that maybe the whole truck at some time was painted, a yellow,gold color. If it was an ordinance division truck then you would see green with red fenders. Hope this helps.
