Timing chain top fixing hole

I have searched the world over but can not find it...Can some post a picture of the correct hole to line the camshaft chain-wheel up with? The green bible can be a little misleading...

The crazy thing is that I have done this twice in the past...but as I am sitting here at the office looking at the manual and how many holes it is showing...I am thinking to myself "is this right?"
