Found a factory rack here locally in OKC. What is a fair price for one in decent shape?

What are they asking? When you say Factory rack, bear in mind that they were only ever approved sub-contractor after market offerings even if fitted pre-delivery.

It's the German rack that has the side plates with holes. He's asking $400.
