that was rob and a couple of his friends to the rescue.
we finally get to play in the raindeer games

took about 2 weeks
bulkhead bolt took almost a week
and shackle bolts were all stuck on the old frame
other than that it really wasnt that bad

Congratulations on the road side chassis swap very inspriational. Did you work from a checklist or just go in reverse order of assembly?

What parts would you suggest stocking up on before hand?

I am facing a 109 chassis swap in the near future.

U should do u bolts if you havent
Rear wiring harness
Bump stops

New bulkhead bolts
Brake line fasteners
Probably other stuff
