Seat control

I was able to get the seat ECU out from under the drivers seat and had the battery replaced. There was a little bit of corrosion on the board. Plugged everything back in and nothing moved. The relay is good, tried an old seat switch and still nothing. Are there other trouble shooting efforts I can try? I bought this rover with the seat not working and the position isn't terrible but it would be nice to move it. Is there a way to manually move the seat or by-pass the ECU? Or does anyone have an ECU that is in working order or one corrosion corrosion free that I can put the new battery in? I have no need for the memory function.
