Should I replace the leaf springs?

Looking for some advice as to whether or not I should replace the leaf springs on my 1966 Series IIa. What are the tell tale signs that they need to go?

    Thanks.

They don't spring anymore when you jump up and down on them
They are rusted together into one lump
    They have broken leaves
The rust has caused the leaves to expand, so that they look like an overstuffed sandwich

Apart from that, they are either ok or repairable.

          Those were deciduous springs.
