What goes here on my bulkhead?

There is a rectangular opening below the opening where the gauges go on my IIA bulkhead. It is open between the passenger compartment and the engine bay. Any idea what goes here?

I can't view the photo from my machine at work but I'm guessing it's where the hand throttle would go through if you had one.

If you mean the big hole, thats where the Lower Dash Panel is fitted. This panel is where the hand throttle (if it came with one) was fitted, along with the choke cable.

I circled it below. I obviously don't have this panel. Is it just a flat panel? Anyone have a picture?
