    Leaking Doors

Im pretty new here, but my Series Rover has some huge leaks when it rains. All of the seals around the doors have been replaced recently, but the seal at the top of the windows where it meets the hard top is still poor. Is it just Rover, or can I expect less then a waterfall in Rover? Click image for larger version

You need to be sure the door bottoms are aligned. The tops should seal once you do that.
You probably have reproduction door tops. Quality on those varies.
You could do some massaging to the bolts to make the door tops lean inward more.

I once over tightened the door top bolts and it made them bow out like that. I just loosened just a little bit and it solved the problem.

Sometimes it takes a little forearm and a well placed knee. Are you using S3 hinges? Check to make sure you have the plastic shim under the hinge on the bulkhead side

I am with Jim, I had to tweak both of my door tops on my SIII to get them to align properly. Start with the bottoms first, get them aligned first as also noted above.

If those are stock type "flap" seals they will push your door tops out. They did on my SIII. Might want to look at the Defender style seals. They're foam rubber and form fit better.
