Bolt size for a lazy man?

First off, Merry Chrsimas everyone!

Does anyone happen to know the size of the bolts that hold the tow plate onto the rear crossmember? There's 2 different ones & I stupidly tossed the old rusty ones years ago.

The small diameter bolt is 3/8" X 4 3/4" long, the other is 5/8" X 5" long.
