Series III steering relay

Just changed the oil and oil filter and checked and topped off gear oil in tranny, transfer case, etc. I found the steering relay but how and where do you check fluid level?

Two of the four small bolts are drilled and tapped completely thru. Remove those two and you can add oil until it comes out the other hole.
