Looks nice. Not a lot of pics, though.

To those with early RR experience what are the logistics of owning one of these? I want one pretty bad...don't know about buying from another country - no experience with that.

Parts for the early RRC's are getting hard to find and keeping those lovely carbs. in tune is a real delight !!!

Now that's a pretty Classic. Parts are no fun to find, especially for the LT95 trans with integral transfer box. I have 2 of those manifolds (from my '76 Series and my '70 3500S) with carbs, in case someone wants the fun of running these, and learning how to tune side draughts. Be sure to stock up on dashpot oil.

So hard to get parts for and fiddly to run. Sounds like something I'd want :)

Edit: Looks like they added more pics

My Dad has a 73 two door. It's a blast to drive and just a really cool truck. It has a new intake and 4 barrel carb on it and it runs great. If you have a interest in them go for it, it looks like a nice truck and almost closer than the on we bought. Shipped it from Washington state to Connecticut sight unseen!

A starting bid of $15K :gulp: <------ I would need to do a lot more of this before buying that....

15k... Somehow I missed that. Looking at the pictures it would be hard to argue that it's not worth it. I think it's a good starting point for negotiations.

Told the wife about this one, and she said the IIA would have to go to make room....I thought she knew how this worked.

I know the owners of that RR, they paid 1/10th of what they are asking, and I would not recommend doing business with them. Good condition/low rust 2 door manual 1970s RRC from central american can be had for <$4,000 all day long. Its about another $2,000 to get'm into US

Thanks, REDrum. I didn't jump on it - wanted to but didn't feel right. The hunt continues...right now I'm trying to locate a Eastnor Green RRC that I have seen in my neighborhood. A 2 door is high on my list, though.
