Dropping the price due to the rear main seal, as it should be fixed within a reasonable amount of time.
New Price $7700.
Putting it out there. Solid galvanized frame. Bulkhead in great shape. New flexi brake lines, front brakes are the larger drums used for the 109, give it more stopping power. New Brake cylinders & pads. Cant think of anything that does not work on it. The bad, the window sills need some work and the rear main seal may be going, may get away with some stop leak, but its worth mentioning. Located just outside of Portland ME $8500.
