    1973 SERIES 3 RESTORATION

    HI GUYS FIRST TIME USER , JUST BOUGHT A 73 SERISE 3 HAD BEEN SITTING IN A BARN IN DALLAS AREA FOR 7 YEARS ,THE MOTOR WAS LOCKED UP WHEN I GOT IT . I MANAGED TO UNLOCK IT WITH SOME ELBOW GREASE AND TIME ABOUT TO PUT THE STARTER BACK ON THIS WEEK AND CRANK IT ,I AM IN THE MARKET FOR A RADIATOR . I PLAN ON DOING A MAJOR RESTORATION AND MAKING MISS ROVER A MASTERPIECE , THANKS

    Sounds like a fun project. Just installed a radiator from our hosts and was pleased with the quality. Mine sat for 5 years and I spent $32 to get it running, 16 bucks of that was fresh gas. After I heard it run I ordered parts for a full tune up.
