Defender mirrors

I think they are, but does anyone know how can I confirm my upper door hinges are defender mirror ready? I need to improve my Getting-in-the-Right-Lane-While-Towing-the-Boat performance, if at all possible.

Extra holes for the mirrors to mount to.

Exactly, they should have a set of holes for the mirror to screw into.
