View Full Version : Seat Box Replacement Panels Available?

I can't seem to find any replacement panels in the RN online catalog. I am specifically looking for the outer panels on both the driver and passenger sides. I realize they are straight and can be made locally, but if available, would rather bypass the hassle of making them myself.

Trying to get my 109 finished for the British Invasion Show in Stowe, Vt in Sept. Land Rover and Jaguar are the featured marques this year.

Can someone direct me to the correct place, or are seat box parts N/A?

Thanks,

Dave A.

Just to make you aware, the YRM panels are repair quality. That is, they are simply bent sheet metal. If your seat box ends have the dimple for the seat belt bolt, these won't and you'll have to make adjustment accordingly.

Wow. Never seen these stocked by RN before. Something new, or a well-kept secret?

Thanks Les,

You may want to add them in to the drop-down boxes under the Series trucks, maybe with the "seats and cubby boxes." They don't show anywhere in the drop downs. It seems both Mark and I (and I'm sure others), haven't found them on your site until you posted this link.

I wish I saw this post before lunchtime. I stopped over to a local metal fab place and they are making both sides for me for a total of $70.00.

Regards,

Dave

Yes, thanks for noting you carry this, Les. I'll be ordering one in the coming months.
