Do I have the bottom rear door seal right? It's for a '67 88. The steel pieces have 13 holes down their length that correspond to holes in the bed of the tub. I'm guessing they take either 1/8" rivets or a sheet metal screw.

Two of the holes on the top piece are drilled larger (about 3/8"). Any idea why?

The bottom part gets screwed down with two sheet metal screws (originals are slotted pan #6) to hold it in place. Then the seal is sandwiched between the top and bottom part. Then the remaining sheet metal screws are run thru all into the tub. The relief holes in the top are for the screw heads in the bottom.
Take your MAPP torch and blow gun and heat up the area around those holes, then hit 'em with air. I initially drilled out the galv on two of those holes when I realized I was removing the galv and exposing steel!
