Parts Car Parking in CT

A colleague with a '95 Classic is parting it out after blowing the head gasket. My question is does anyone know of any shops or enthusiasts near southern Connecticut who would be willing to work out some sort of long term storage for it as a parts car? I live in an apartment without extra parking. Thanks!

Also importantly, is it worth having a parts car?

I had a parts RRC when my other one was my daily. It was great, not only for random parts but also when you took something off or something broke you could use the other truck as reference.

As for somewhere to keep it, there used to be a Rover place in Fairfield but I believe they closed. I still see some Rovers hanging out there when I get on the highway.
