wiring question

I guys just had this bumper made , how should I go about wiring the spots to a toggle switch , I have a spot on the dash for one. thanks

This is probably overkill, but here's how I would do it.
You'll wire up a relay. Relay is getting a hot feed from the battery (12G brown wire). You can fuse this feed if it makes you feel a little better. A 30A MAXI fuse would be my choice. This relay is tripped by a green (keyed) 12V source (so that the toggle is only alive with the key in the RUN position). The outgoing feed from this relay feeds a fused wire (15A) that goes to the lights should be on a orange/yellow 14G wire.

Do yourself a huge favor and avoid those blue wire tap things.
