New to Series trucks here...

patient: 1969 88" 2A

I broke the nipple off my reservoir when trying to remove the hose. It might be the original as it is yellowed and brittle. In any case I need a replacement.

The truck is being built as a driver, not a show piece. Can someone help me with options? Here is what I have found:

RoversNorth does not have the oem style reservoir
RoversNorth does have a reservoir but it has (what looks to be) AN fittings on it (I would have to convert both lines going into it) plus it is $129

I'm looking for a solid but reasonably priced solution.

TIA

Single or dual line system? It only gets more expensive from here, mate.

PS the early "can" type reservoir uses Lucas/Girling type flare fittings.

hmmm, I had the flare (double flare?) fitting on the very bottom and just a molded nipple on the lower side. It is plastic with the metal fitting in the bottom only.

Please explain the "dual or single line system". Again, pardon my ignorance.

I see the single line/dual line thing now.

My reservoir looks like this:

9390

I've got one I'm not using I'll sell. I restored it but then went to a series III braking system.
