As stated, I couldn't find any definitive pictures anywhere I've searched. I understand it's probably just one of those things you make up as you go, but I would like to get some extra ideas about how to mount the jerry can mounts that our hosts sell to the front bumper. Preferably temporary so I can just pop the mounts on for the longer trips and whatnot. (and before anyone "warns" me about the danger, there won't be any cans in them until I'm off the asphalt.) I have one of Ike's front bumpers so i would prefer to not have to drill through it unless necessary.

Which ones? The search function sucks as usual.

That was one of the ones I found, but wasn't sure which.

Anyway, short of zip ties, ratchet straps or super strong magnets, I don't know how you'd attach a bumper mount anything to a bumper without welding or drilling holes.

Yeah, those would be the ones. I guess it's definitely a make it up as you go kinda thing.

I didn't do this, but some PO added two jerry cans up front and integrated them to the beefiest bumper I have ever seen. Thought you might want to see it.

How come they don't fall out? I don't see anything holding the cans up at all.

The worst part is filling them when they're on the vehicle!
