    Fitting fan shroud fun.

So I purchased our host's aftermarket fan shroud kit. Nicely make with bolts tacked onto the shroud, so when fitting the curvy piece, one does not have to put a wrench behind the shroud in an impossibly small place to tighten the bolts, so thoughtful. But I quickly noticed that the hardware kit, was not going to work with my larger core radiator, there is just no way I could use those nice large head, bolts with a spacer built in. The bolts that hold the curvy piece, I could use, so in the spare parts drawer go the special bolts. No worries. I found, and shortened some small screws to use to hold the square shroud to the radiator, and attached curvy piece. Considering the rover aftermarket parts install curve, a relatively easy install.

    Cedryk,

I have a fan shroud from another Landy I'm considering to install on my 2a Bugeye. Could you post a pic of yours to help me see if it will work with an older radiator?

    Cheers,
