Reds is what?

I am color blind, deaf, and read backwards

Your did fine, Yellow down is 4high, move the red lever back and the yellow knob pops up and you are in 4lo. Move red lever forward and in 2hi. Are you living in SC? If so welcome to the neighborhood!

Where did you get that bumper on your 109. I need to replace mine in the future. Prior owner added 7 inches to it and a large warn wench. This needs to be move back to center more
