Incredible condition having spent all of its life in Gibraltar. We genuinely believe this to be one of the very best condition LWT’s and original. Great daily driver specs not frame off specs like JAC's one.
The paint finish is a sprayed finish and impressive to look at, Brand new Safety Devises Roll Over Bar Fitted in 2012.
LWT’s in this condition rarely turn up for sale....and dont kid your self guys this is a great one but not like JAC04's one.
The brief history of the vehicle as passed on by the previous owner, who is also a Land Rover enthusiast, with several Land Rovers in his collection.
The LWT was brought into Gibraltar by the British Military and was assigned to the Forces Commander as his personal transport.
As Gibraltar is very small, The vehicle hardly ever got used and was stored undercover, believed in a cave which The Military used for storage. (Gibraltar is full of caves which the public can now view and some of-these date back to various conflicts over the years).
In 2002 the vehicle was sold by The Military and was bought by and imported into Spain by a civilian Land Rover enthusiast. It then spent the next 10 years being used by the family for local camping trips etc around Southern Spain and was again garaged all the time.
In 2012 The vehicle changed owners again (3rd owner) The 3rd owner had it ever since, again garaged all the time and imported the vehicle into The UK July 2014 when we purchased it.
Price includes shipping, customs, VT title and free delivery in New England area.
