ClearCut,
Level looks OK, fluid a bit gunky, Probably flush the fluid through, but if it doesn't leak big time you are OK.

HI All
I added the brake fluid. No more brake fad
Drove the Rover back from Sacramento to Santa Cruz.. About 160 miles
45 mph over highway 17
No brake fad on the down hill into SC
All Rovers mark there spots.
About two week ago, the Rover started to spot on my pans, coming from E-Brake area(Very dark) Not like gear lub. The break fad started after that started.
Drove the Rover for a surf check this am, brake fad again. Around town you due use the gears a lot.
The spot is in the middle of the truck
I have no leaks coming the the brake drums
What could it be, and where would you look?
I due plan on replacing the fluid next week
thanks

I'd be looking for a pinhole in the metal brake line that goes down the chassis rail to the rear brakes.
Fill up the brake reservoir, have someone step on the brakes while you look for brake fluid squirting out of the line toward the transmission brake area if you say that's where you're finding a new fluid leak that corresponded to the brake issue.
