I think you'll be very lucky to find a full kit in the US unless you get someone who's done a camper conversion.

If you can stomach the shipping I'd try e-mailing P.A. Blanchards with your needs as they have a much bigger stock than they show on their web site. Allwheeltrim have also shown the intention to manufacture new kits for the 101 so you might give them a call too.

NK Recovery have some of the parts you need including the roll hoop.
