I have a 1967 Station Wagon with a Clayton Brake Booster.

I am looking to a repair manual for one and a re build kit.

Any direction on finding either would be great.

thanks

pp 73-H through 76-H in the manual covers rebuilding.
As soon as I charge my hand held scanner I can scan them if you need them.

The last kit I bought was from DAP but that was years ago.

The major rebuild kit PN, from the parts manual, is 601980.
I'll scan the two parts pages also.

Clayton kits have been NLA for a while. None of the UK specialists have them.

BTW, I have a complete C-D servo, boxed under my bench from a buyer that went AWOL.

It seems my scanner has decided to pack it in. I'll see if I can fix it tomorrow, but I'm not holding my breath.

Tom - a smart phone can be a suitable scanner replacement - just take a photo of each page.

Josh - I'll post a few pics...

More Input needed

Coming from the engine is a vacuum hose that connects to the remote servo. In the middle of the hose there is a item. I think it is called a Brake Booster Vacuum Check Valve

Questions

1) I assume arrow on the it, that say engine, would need to be in the hose that goes into hard pipe that comes from the engine?

2) I assume that any brake booster vacuum check valve would work ok?
