Ordered New Bumpers

Just wondering if I should go ahead and buy a winch for the front bumper before I put on or if it's ok to wait and put in later? I'm not sure how it works. Will I have to take the bumper off again to fit the winch I desire? Also the bumper I ordered comes with Led Lights, Will I have to get a converter for those lights or will they hook up with the old fog light set up? Rovers North Winch Bumper with LED Running Lights

You would need to remove the Front bumper to fit the winch. Not a big deal.
You can use the Fog lamp wiring for the LED lamps, though if you use them for indicators you may have to fit the Load devises.
