Proline Wheel Cylinders

Anyone have compatibility problems with Proline wheel cylinders and british/girling brake pipe nuts? Thread pitch seems wrong given the 'sheen' I'm getting on the male pipe nut, and difficulty turning it in. Just doesn't want to properly seat.

Have they moved to metric and not told me....

I'm well aware of that site yes, just spoke with tim the other day. in fact using his pipe on this job.

can anyone answer on experience with the proline wc? yes, i'm using the correct british nuts...just as pictured on the site.
