Looking for help (photos and diagrams if possible) of original exhaust routing including hangars for 1967 Series 2A 2.6L NADA 109 SW. Previous owner had replaced exhaust system with something completely non-standard (essentially a pipe than ran down from the manifold and out below the drivers side door). The manual no help and the parts book only shows the components but not where they run/mount to the frame and only shows 3 mount locations when it looks like there are 5 on my frame. Any help is appreciated.

Though it's an ROW 2.6-engined 109 (or was, anyhow), some of the original routing of the exhaust between the muffler and the LH front seat area is shown (barely) in the following pics. IIRC, the exhaust exited into the LH wheelwell, then straight back to pick up the route shown. Beyond the muffler, it's just a pipe that ends at the LH rear corner of the body:

The following pic is is the LH forward spring mount outrigger. The front of the Rover is to the left. At the top of the pic you can see the top of an auto parts store exhaust pipe hanger mounted to the stock exhaust hanger location:

SafeAirOne,
Mark-thanks for the photos-helps a ton! Is your frame a 109 Long? Just trying to see if the exhaust tailpipe is different from my SW. Nice welding repairs on your frame.
Here is my attempt to post pictures of my NADA 109 SW frame with what looks like mounting locations (zip ties are for test mounting my exhaust system):
Pictures are from rear to front
First is the rear hangar point that tail pipe exits just behind the rear left wheel and in front of the rear spring mount
11198
Next is photo of what I thought was a bracket along the frame just above the muffler location in your photo-this may not be a mount point-it has perforations in the bracket similar to those in the known mount points:
11199
Next is a horizontal mount point just in front of the main cross member in the photo-I think this is a hangar mount
11200
Next is the hangar where the intermediate pipe crosses under the frame. My frame is slightly different as the hangar mount is attached to the outside of the frame on the outrigger forward of the mount on your frame same approximate location
11201
Final picture is the forward most hangar on the outside of my frame. It is horozontal and as such the parts catalogue does not show any hangar configuration to install.

Ahh. Well. Your exhaust mount locations may be different than the ones my '73 109 ROW 2.6 station wagon uses--I can't remember their exact locations and I'm stuck at work unable to check.
Perhaps this snippet from the SIII WSM will be of benefit to you; My 109 exhaust system is number 3 of the 3 configurations depicted:

Mark,
Thanks for the diagram-it looks like my frame has the hangars in sketch 3 plus a few more.
