Rain comes in along the upper door seal, drips down onto window rail, down upper door securing bolts, onto floor...
Seals are solid. If anything, it seems to be that I can't get the doors to adjust fully closed.
Any ideas?

Ideas that have been tried by folks: Bend doortops inward (gently), make sure door channels are properly adjusted (soft top), use Defender door seals, make sure doortop-to-door bottom seal is correct and properly installed.
As a side note...You may want to pull the doortops and coat the full length of the mounting studs with anti-seize, then reinstall. Once those studs get a chance to rust into the tubes on the door bottoms, you're done for.

LOL, my defender soft top was like driving Niagra Falls. My entire left side would be soaking wet after a 37 mile commute in the rain.
I concur that Defender door seals fit better,

OK, I'll try some of this today. Good idea about stopping bolts from rusting now.

Would the Defender Door Seals work on a Hardtop Series 3 as well?
