Hi everybody,

My name is Patrick and I recently bought a 1973 Series 3.
I am new to Land Rover but I have a couple of other vintage cars .
I am in Stockton , if anybody around this nice part of New Jersey let me know !
Best to all,
P.

Stunning Rover, Patrick! Did you buy it from an individual or a dealer?

Colin,
I bought it from a dealer in Alabama , first time I got a vintage car from a dealer but this was a good experience.
I am also lucky that I was/am able to talk to the previous owner who obviously took very good care of the truck.

I was drooling over your vehicle just the other day on Adventure Motorcars' website. Congrats on a wonderful find.

Thank you ,I have to say that I was a little nervous about buying the truck without seen it and driving it ( again I am new to Land Rover , and this was not so cheap ) .... it looked good on pictures and I was not disappointed when we unloaded from the truck .
Cannot wait to use it on a semi regular bases .

I know that truck has been shown here before. I think I had photos of it when the Pangolin front bumper was fitted, as I designed mine with this truck in mind. Either that, or there is another Series 3 with an Ike bumper, Warn 8274, with orange Viking winch line out there floating around in pastel green......

Cannot agree more , as I don't have the skills to do serious restoration work , this always work for me on the long run .

wonderful!! anxious to get mine going and out on the road. basically the same machine, but no Safari top. Paint on mine a lot more faded, but as I fix things up, found a great shade of Sage at the local hardware store and looks great. Torn about doing all the exterior, love the patina
