Great looking poppy red 1972 Land Rover Series III 88A for sale - asking $19,000 or best offer. Left hand drive. Fully synchronized gearbox. This Land Rover has undergone a recent restoration by a Land Rover mechanic and is ready to go! It has been driven sparingly and is garaged. The Rover is fit with a galvanized chassis and has been repainted in the original poppy red color. The original petrol 2.25L engine has had the top end rebuilt and fitted with all new gaskets and seals. A new Weber carburetor and a new master cylinder has been installed. The brakes have been rebuilt using copper brake tubing, new brake drums and shoes. New gas tank installed. All electrical systems have been revamped including some new lenses, new bulbs, new wiper assembly, and new battery. The interior has a new headliner, front seats, door panels, mats, and a new heater fan motor. New exhaust and front grill. All systems of this Rover haven been rebuilt using the original and authentic Land Rover parts. The truck is fitted with 16" wheels and comes with a red Hi Lift Jack.
