Does anyone know if the old style steering arm on a IIA, which sits on top of the swivel ball, has the kingpin driven into it? That is, the kingpin is a separate piece and could conceivably be replaced? I have a worn swivel pin on the driver's side and i am trying to figure out if it can be repaired or if I will have to do the whole conversion to the later bottom mounted steering arms.
