Hello all,
I will be refurbishing my rocker assembly soon, as one of the rocker arms ticks due to wear and is very difficult to adjust...
Aside from the rocker shaft, rocker arm bushings, and cleaning/resurfacing the rocker arms, what else should I put on the list?

I will have the rocker arm bushings pressed in and reamed by a reputable Seattle machine shop, but want to make sure I do not overlook anything...
Thank you for your help!

Best,
Griswald

New shaft, new bushings, properly reamed, refinish the surface where the arm hits the valve stem. Sounds to me like you are there. If the engine has lots of miles on it, it might be fun to have the valve spring pressures checked to see if they are still within factory spec of just buy new valve springs and keepers. Tired springs lead to lower RPM spring float.
