No keys for IIA Doors

My 71 IIA 88 came without door keys. I like the old style door locks (live dangerously) and don't want the Anti-Burst latches. Has anyone had success in getting a locksmith to "read" the lock pattern and make new keys for the old locks? These are the ones that can't be replaced, so also, anyone need a set of three new lock barrels and keys?

I locked my doors one, think it was the rear door. I usually travel with 2 large Staffordshire Terriers, both pushing 80 lbs. and any fool that desires to venture too close to my ex-mod 88 will notice them quickly, and one will show some teeth, and usually anyone with a brain cell will walk quickly in the other direction.
But really, my driver door never closed right to begin with due to myself not getting the parameters of the hinges proper when re-building the bulkhead. My Passenger door closes and locks nicely. I still have the original keys that came with the original car, years ago, but sincerely doubt that the local hardware store will have a key that shape and size, might be calling a locksmith to inquire about some extra door keys. I was told by one of my UK friends that there are actually 3 different base blank patterns used for these locks, I had to send him my lock for him to buy me the right blank (not available here in the States) and ship it back to me. I had him get me 4 blanks and the local lock-smith messed 2 of them up. I do lock my doors when at work in town due to the fact that the truck is strange enough to attract unwanted attention, and I have had things (tools) disappear from the under-seat tool box, and off the dash board. The locks aren't really a strong security item, more of a deterrent that would attract attention if someone were to take the time to try and break in.

I understand Parts man. One of the down sides of driving a soft top, or Rover with the top off is you can't leave it unattended. Too easy to have stuff nicked. It is not my daily driver so anywhere I go in town I take the car alarms with me (aka my 2 Staffordshire terriers, and that us usually good enough).

Too bad I didn't know that a month ago Ike, it was a hassle shipping mine to the UK to get the blanks, I would have rather bought one with the keys in it.
