New web page added

Just to let people know that I have added a new web page to my web site.

The new page covers LR steel wheels, lug nuts, and studs. It is still in draft form as I firm up the data. Hopefully people will find it useful and if anyone finds any errors please let me know. If you know any of the missing wheel offset dimensions please let me know. Thanks.
