Need help with canister style fuel filter

Looking to instal a Fram canister style fuel filter similar to what I have seen here others are using. They have a 1/4" NPT inlet and exit. Does anyone offer a brass fitting for the 1/4" NPT to the stock flare fitting found on our Rovers?
