Clutch Pressure Plate Deflection

Still trying to diagnose and repair the issues discussed here: https://forums.roversnorth.com/showthread.php?17781-Clutch-doesn-t-disengage but new thread title to aid future searches.

Clutch pedal still feels a bit weak, possibly engaging too far to the floor. Here are a couple videos of the clutch bearing and pressure plate as the pedal is depressed; one with the engine off and one with the engine running. The clutch is still not disengaging and I can't shift into gear while the engine is running.

Is this amount of bearing travel and plate deflection right? (The clicking sound is the clutch pedal hitting the floor)

Fixed!

The answer to the above question is "no." Using an endoscope verified that the clutch lever and clutch bearing were operating correctly, both staples firmly affixed. Adjustment of the pedal cluster and master cylinder rod increased the throw and added another 1/4 to 3/8 of travel to compress the pressure plate.

While the center cover was off I also greased the shift lever mechanism and selector rods and the shifting is so much easier now!
