New question, Painting front spoiler

Hey first thanks for the help on the brakes, they are just about done! Ok my next question/problem I need a paint job. Katrina wasn't good for my clear coat, although i can't figure it out! anyway. when i paint it this time, i was thinking of painting my front spoiler, mirrors, grill, wheel arch exstensions, and maybe the window frames. my question is this how do i paint the front spoiler, it is different than the rest, it is bumpy! any help?
