engine options???

hello rover owners.
I have a 93 LR classic 4.2 litre, 164,000 miles.
what are my options in a engine replacement for my truck?
also, what kind of costs am i looking at?
should i rebuild it? replace it with a used less miles or what?

If you're interested in another 4.2L I have a rebuilt unit out of a '93 that is in great shape. The truck had 109K on the odometer and the engine had even less mileage on it than that. Compression was steady (150 lbs-158lbs) across all eight cylinders. The only parts I have taken from it are the distributor and the fan, otherwise it is complete for $750 plus shipping from CT.
