    front hitch

    Hi.

    93lwb with OEM front bar(s)....

Is there a way to install a front hitch (2") and not loose the factory bars. I don't care about cutting a hole in the front air dam's plastic, etc.
But, I like the stock front end (dont' want to spend a ton). Goal is to have a front tow position and perhaps a solid place to use a front hitch winch.

    TIA

This is an option. Fits Range Rover Classic and Discovery I, up to '94 non-SRS. Can be mounted with modified lower valance, hole cut out [photo shown is without the lower valance mounted].

      "Hitched"

      Thompson,
Thanks for making my Range Rover look nice, I should have cleaned it before you took the picture.
The front reciever works really well, though I use it mainly for pushing my camper trailer around (22 ft Terry), as I am not too good at reversing it !!

I'll get you a pic ASAP

I welded one right to my crossmember... The Police said I needed a front plate so I picked up a 2" receiver from my local parts store, welded it to the bottom of my front crossmember and a few other places for side pull then made a plate to mount my plate to. Extend it to push Jeeps out of the way. Next I am making a skid for it, I do not want to muck up this LWB.

I like this, but I want it to be CHEAP.....whole car was 3k. Hard to justify this much for something for me. Anything out there that is similar and very cheap.

I'd take used/scratch and dent (if not bent/cracked...).
