Easy and cheap way is to buy some of that interlocking antislip tile mat from your local auto parts store. An hour or so with a utility knife to shape it to size and you will have a good thick mat with a perfect fit.

Go to a farm supply company. They usually have a dense rubber matting that is used for barn stabling and walkways - about 3/4 to 1 inch thick I believe. Another suggestion is to research hockey arena suppliers for the matting used to protect skates.

I also picked up from my local wrecker, pickup bed liner from a chevy. I had to remove it myself and I cut it down to fit my 88 PU but for 5 bucks it does a good job.
However I have 2 reservations. 1/ It is fairly thin but durable but buckles easily in the hot summer sun. 2/ The undulating/grooved surface catches and holds lots of debris especially when wet and it is difficult to sweep out. A smoother surface would be better for that reason.

have read about 50 threads and I saw one guy mentioned a bed liner material availible in an aerosol, but he never

said what brand it was.

I am looking for a do it yourself bedliner and was looking to see what the best option is. Some of you said

QWIKLINER is soft, duplicolor peels, and Durabak was mentioned but no one ever reviewed it.

What is a good product out there? I have used the industrial undercoatings but I can't find them anymore (You hooked

them up to a special applicator that used an air hose and a siphon system. I loved it because it dried hard as a

rock.).

YET, Sometimes back I got my truck sprayed on with Spray on bedliner of Qwikliner. It took only few seconds to set & the

quality of finish is aeesome.I will definitely on recommends qwikliner bedliners.:thumb-up:

Fifty threads of what? There haven't been 50 threads about bed liner on this board, that's for sure.

Your post seems like a child with a learning disbaility spamming for quickliner...

I use rubber backed commercial matting for the floor of mine. It comes in a 3ft width that fits neatly in the back and you can buy by the foot or in 4ft lengths. When it gets dirty, I take it out and pressure wash it.:thumb-up:

I have bought my mats at the local hardware store. Wallyworld has them on sale from time to time.

I have used the do it yourself paint on bed liner (rhinoliner) on the inside of the tub in an old Jeep I had. Looked good and worked well definately nice not having the musty old carpet in there. Definately do it outside in the fresh air! I know of Jeep guys who put in on both the inside and the undersides of their tubs and fenders, etc protects the steel from rusting from rock and gravel and adds sound proofing

I have a profesional spray on bed liner in the back of my SIIa tub looks good nice and thick and can take a lot of abuse. don't know the brand but any truck box spray in liner will work.

The PO of mine put some type of spray-on liner. Rips up plastic grocery bags pretty good. It's a pain to clean.

and here on the rear bulkhead. It is also in the tub, on the frame, and one fueltank.
