need help finding part

all,
I have a friend who needs an SU HD8 carb for his NADA land rover 109. Keep your eyes open and help get a long neglected rover back on the road. The engine is out and the PO let it fall onto the carb destroying it.
While the motor is being rebuilt, we have to track down a carb.

The carb was used on '60's & ealy 70's Jags, Rover cars & some other orthers. So there's a number of them around on shelves.

The SU needle should have been protected during the fall. Dig up a used SU from one of the above cars, replace the needle with the one from the broken carb & if needed send it off to be refurbished by a company that rebuilds SUs. I had a pair rebuilt once that came back looking and acting like new.
