Thought this might be of interest you some of you.
Ive just finished rebuilding it ( 5 years) from the groung up.
It was was registered on the 6th of Oct 1978 to the Irish Electricity board.
I hop to have it on the road next month.

Is that insulation inside the hood? Do you think it makes much difference?

Tim,
its the original sound proofing under the hood. It makes a bit of a difference.
The more modern engine blankets make a massive difference but dont look
right in a series.
