I was wondering what the official name was for these and their availability. A friend of mine's father-in-law has them on his 109.

Has anyone ever fitted these to a later RRC for a retro look?

Yes. I'd heard the name before and couldn't quite remember what it was.
How hard are these to find?

I have a set of them, and I know of a fellow who modified a set for his IIa 88", I don' think they are that common here however they were well used overseas. Mine came via Italy.

Very cool. I'm trying to convince my wife to get a Classic, and thought it would be cool to give it some early flair a la the retro kit on the ECR site.
